PTL Middle East showcased two top end retail management solutions at the Gulf Information Technology Exhibition (GITEX), the third largest technology event in the world, held in Dubai between October 16 and 20.

GITEX is a great platform for IT companies across the globe to showcase their technology. Participation in this event gives access to more than 130,000 regional technology professionals with real buying power.

PTL Middle East was invited to participate by its strategic partner, CitiXsys Americas, to showcase the latter’s innovative and complete retail management solution, the iVend Retail Management Suite, on fixed point of sale terminals and checkout counters as well as mobile devices including iPhone, iPad and Android devices.

PTL Middle East was also invited to be present at the Specktron stand at Gitex. Specktron is a point-of-sale hardware partner and on this stand PTL staff showcased the YourCegid Business retail solution, one of the leading software solutions of its kind worldwide with a particular focus on fashion retail.

Hundreds of enquiries were expertly dealt with by our staff and the high footfall on both stands is testament to the retail industry’s enormous growth in the region which is going from strength to strength. PTL has been in the region for 4 years now and, as a centre of excellence for retail software, is well placed to service the needs of this burgeoning market.
