iSpot encompasses more than 30 Apple Premium Resellers in Poland and Hungary. Under a Master Franchise Agreement with iRiparo, 1923 Investments, operating under the iRiparo brand, will open stores dedicated to high quality mobile device repair and the sale of refurbished phones and of accessories in 31 European countries. The company will operate in adherence to the principles of the circular economy – the circulation of products and materials, the elimination of waste, and the regeneration of materials.
Hili Logistics is a rapidly growing group of companies engaged in air, road, sea and rail freight forwarding, clearances and deliveries, customs brokerage, warehousing, ship agency, ship to ship operations and project cargo with a global reach. Hili Logistics comprises Carmelo Caruana Company Ltd, CMA CGM Malta Agency Ltd, and ALLcom in Poland.
STS Marine Solutions is a world leading STS service provider with over 30 years’ transfer experience involving crude oil, refined petroleum products, LPG and LNG. Its core activities comprise Oil & Gas and LNG support operations, LNG Terminal Management, Emergency Support Services and Consultancy. With 24 operating bases, the business is based in Sunderland, UK, and manages two brands: OilSTS and LNGSTS.
